Canadian online gambling operator, MegaRush casino has agreed a new partnership with Symplify, a leading provider of CRM and AI cloud solutions.

After agreeing a new partnership, MegaRush and Symplify will now introduce fresh features, including CRM services for three more brands in MegaRush’s license.

MegaRush Casino has achieved huge success and popularity over recent years, with customers enjoying the best slot games, scratch cards, live casino content and instant win games.

The casino operator can now access Symplify’s Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules, which is also open to organizations that partner MegaRush.

The objective for these new features is to improve player engagement by utilizing adapted and controlled AI experiences.

Currently, MegaRush has its own CRM system in place and Simplify’s Journey Builder and Campaign manager modules will work alongside this.

Merging both together will enable multi-channel communication, which can occur through email, SMS, browser push notifications and dynamic web content.

Symplify’s Head of Sales, Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, beleives the partnership with MegaRush will enagge casino players in a more ‘personalized manner.’

He said (Via Symplify): “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with MegaRush as they have gone from strength to strength. Adding our Journey Builder and Campaign Manager to the package will enable MegaRush to engage with its casino players in a deeper, more personalized manner.”

Utilising these new modules will allow us to acquire and retain new players as we drive the business forward.”

This extended partnership between MegaRush and Symplify comes after the later confirmed another agreement with PlayBook engineering – as MR will now help with brands like StarSports, NRG and AK Bet.
