The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has charged three entities a total of four fines totalling $73,075.

The three entities charged are two casinos and one Video Gaming Terminal (“VGT”) establishment.

Four fines across three establishments

Pennsylvania’s regulatory body has levied the first two fines on Stadium Casino Westmoreland RE, LLC, the operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh in Westmoreland County.

The first, for a total of $20,000 was for two instances in which individuals who were on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s Self-Exclusion List were able to enter the casino and gamble without restriction.

The second, for $10,000 was for allowing an underage gambler to enter the casino and the gaming floor and play slot machines.

The second company, Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc, operator of Parx Casino in Bucks County, was fined $18,075 for failure to submit two license renewal applications in an appropriate timely manner.

The final company, fined a total of $25,000 was Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. The company failed to provide the Gaming Control Board with ownership structure changes involving its five Video Game Terminals Truck Stop Establishment locations across the state.

Last month, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board fined Pilot Travel Centers, LLC, $45,000 for allowing minors to gamble, and also failing to have a Board-credentialed employee on duty, breaches of the PA licensing agreement.
